Thinking of You - Spellbinders Card Kit of the Month
Every month, Spellbinders does an amazing job of providing a Card Kit that covers a variety of occasions. This month, the kit has a vintage vibe with a wonderful die and stamp set that help make this favorite. I'm always looking for dies and stamps that can be used for multiple purposes.
Introducing July's Spellbinders Card Kit of the Month :
The cards presented today feature the die and stamp set from July's kit.
I love the sentiment, "thinking of you" because it covers a multitude of emotions, events, and occasions. Think about all the times a heartfelt note that conveys this message is completely appropriate:
- Every day general greeting
- Get well wishes
- Condolences
-Birthday
-uplifting encouragement
The rich dark brown ink on the first card is Dark Roast True Color Fusion Ink Pad from Spellbinders/Fun Stampers Journey. I love these inks because they are robust, and rich in pigmentation. They help create a nice clean stamped image.
yeah yeah, I know you have a million ink pads in your stash. But I also know you've been looking for a pad that delivers clean results. It's a must have.
Here is the second card. Same stamped sentiment, but it's been embossed with FSJ/ Fun Stampers - Journey Gold- Embossing Powder to create a delicate balanced card.
This embossing powder is exquisite for embossing because it's very fine - creating great coverage.
Here is the last card presented today from Spellbinders Card Kit of the Month. I've used the die included in the kit as borders for the journal cards.
