Whimsical and Wild Collection - Spellbinders and Jane Davenport
Hello crafty friends. Spellbinders provided me with a wonderful opportunity to showcase Jane Davenport's new Whimsical and Wild collection. This collection, and especially the stamp used today, speaks to my heart because I adore cats of all sizes -even the wild ones.

My cards today use the Best Leopard Clear Stamp Set from Whimsical and Wild and the background on one card using Richelieu Square Dies from Flourished Fretwork by Becca Feeken, also a new collection.

I have two cards created using the Best Leopard stamp. The black card was stamped on watercolor paper and colored with watercolor paints. My set of watercolor paints is very basic but still quite fun.
After coloring and cutting out the image I mounted onto foam for dimension. My paper choice is Graphic 45 - Farmhouse Collection -Paper Pad, which made for a perfect blend. I love how the cat seems rise out of the colored flowers.
Both cards today have also been embellished using sequin accents from Buttons Galore (Metallic Shaker Mix sequins).
TIP for Picking up sequins: If you want a reliable and easy way to pick up small sequins, beads and crystals, I have the "triple threat". Haaaaaaa - this includes glue that dries clear, is sticky and has a small applicator tip allowing for the tiniest drop of glue - the applicator that effortlessly picks up sequins and beads, and of course the sequins and beads.
The three products below have made me a super happy sequin person.

The background of the yellow card was made with Richelieu Square Dies Flourished Fretwork by Becca Feeken. It's beautiful and makes a wonderful backdrop for the leopard.
I stamped the image on specialty stamping paper using the Misti stamping tool (can't live without) and Spellbinders/FSJ's Cocoa Powder Ink Pad. I love this ink because it has a rich warmth and great coverage.
