Shake it up!
Hi. I'm here to shake up the month of August and provide you with a tutorial so you can shake it up as well. I am all about the shaker cards lately. They are fun, unique and add a new level of creativity to cardmaking.
There are numerous ways to make shaker cards. I have an example where the surface of the card remains flat and the shaker is built underneath. You can find that example right here. The card I am showing today has an elevated shaker window as you will see in the photo below.
The Flying Unicorns are having a Shaker Card challenge for the month of August. You can find it right here. Come try your hand at a shaker card and think about joining in the fun.
I used the Trimcraft Bohemian collection 12x12 pad for this card because it has fabulous graphics that can easily be cut out and used for projects, cards, decoupage.
So let's see how I made my cards.
