Hello! I'd like to share a versatile card idea. This card features Darice Embossing Essentials Embossing Folders and Prima Marketing products. While this card has a warm Autumn theme, just grab a different Embossing Folder from Darice and you have a whole new look with amazing possibilities!
The beauty about this card is that your friends and family will think you worked on this card for hours, when in fact it's super quick.
Here's what you'll need:
- Darice Embossing Essentials Embossing - Fall Leaf
- Prima Cigar Box Secrets Collection 6x6 paper pad
- Prima Julie Nutting Tag Pad - Kraft Paper (2 x 3.5)
- Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Vintage Photo
- Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Tea Dye
- Tim Holtz Distress Ink -Rusty Hinge
- Cream cardstock or 4in x 5.5in pre-folded blank cards
- Tim Holtz Blending Tool
- Cardstock - Brown
- Mini Alpha Stickers
- Ribbon

Start with a piece of cream cardstock or 4in x 5.5in pre-folded blank card. This will be the base of the card.
Ink the edges lightly for accent.

Cut a piece of cream cardstock 3.25in x 4in and emboss with Darice Embossing Folder.
Set an ink pad flatly on top of the embossed cardstock and drag the ink pad gently over the top of the embossing. Make sure you are using the side of the embossing cardstock with the raised images.
Repeat with different colored ink pads until you are satisfied.

Select a sheet from 6x6 paper pad and a sheet of brown cardstock. Alternate layers making each a little smaller.
Set the scraps of patterned paper aside for use in Step 4.

Take a tag from 2 in x 3.5in kraft tag pad and rip the bottom edge on an angle. Ink the edges. Layer it over the scraps from the patterned paper used in Step 3 above.

Add mini alpha stickers. (tip - if you do not have alpha stickers available, print a sentiment from your computer, cut and ink)
Finish off by adding a ribbon to the tag.
Glue tag to card and enjoy!
