Spellbinders APG of the Month
Graceful elegance is the whole concept of Spellbinders APG - Amazing Paper Grace Die of the Month (designed by Becca Feeken). The monthly die is thoughtfully designed with the idea of creating cards and projects with unique grace and charm - Becca Feeken's signature look.
This month, I paired Spellbinders APG for November with a beautiful holiday collection from Maja Design in Sweden.

As I mentioned above, the paper used on this card is from Maja Design's Holiday in the Alps 12x12 collection. The collection is rich and full of fabulous holiday/winter images and patterned paper. Absolutely perfect for Christmas, winter and well into the year.
Maja Design also has coordinating solids that are matched to the collection - for those folks (myself included) who need perfectly matching solids for backgrounds, frames, diecuts. The Monochrome- Shades of Alps takes the stress out of looking and hunting for coordinating cardstock.

My finishing touch after assembling the card was a "slathering" of some cool glitter paste - UNICORN PASTE (glitter paste)-
here and there to resemble ice chunks and make the card have a sparkle effect- not sparkle like the way glitter does, but more of an iridescent sheen.
This is a fun and interesting product having the thickness of paste but with chunky mica-like glitter flakes. Note - In my opinion this isn't the best to use on small stencils due to the chunky mica flakes.
