The card was accented with color using the beautiful new pastel set from Jane Davenport - Lit Up Palette Pastel Set from Making Faces .

In addition to accenting the paper with pastel color, I also accented the flowers with coordinating vibrant pastel colors.
The paper I selected for my card is from Alexandra Renke. Her designs and papers are noted for the flowing water color images. It's a gorgeous cheery paper chosen to work harmoniously with the vibrant pastels.
