Thanksgiving Cards  -  Spellbinders Large Die of the Month for November

  Spellbinders Large Die of the Month Membership for November 2021 is super slimming!  Well, for slimline cards that is.  

Don't mistake this for a Christmas holiday die set.  This set can be used all year long.  Today I am featuring Thanksgiving slimline cards.

The paper choice is from Prima Marketing's Thanksgiving collection, Hello Pink Autumn  A4 Paper Pad .  This is a unique color palette for an Autumn/Thanksgiving collection  which I found refreshing and graceful.

Autumn Pumpkin Cards - Spellbinders Fall Traditions Collection

 

Traditional Autumn Pumpkin Cards -  Spellbinders Fall Traditions Collection - 

 Fall and pumpkin season is approaching.  Spellbinders is prepared with their new Fall Traditions Collection of dies, stamps, and embossing folders.  

Today I am featuring a few different ways to use the clear stamp sets to create unique cards.  

Here is an image of the Spellbinders Charming Pumpkins Clear Stamp Set from the Fall Traditions Collection.

 

The first card was created by layering and adding foam for dimension.  I stamped each design three times and then backed the layers with foam. 

A little about how I colored the pumpkins.    

They have been perfectly stamped using  the Mini MISTI platform - My Sweet Petunia Mini Misti - Most Incredible Stamp Tool Invented

and vibrantly colored using Spellbinders Magic Wand Colored Pencils ArtEssentials by Jane Davenport .

These colored pencils are vibrant and well pigmented. They do not need a lot of pencil pressure for vibrant colors.  If you are looking for a set of pencils, this may be a great addition to your stash.

Non-Traditional Fall Colors - Spellbinders Fall Traditions Stamp Set

 Fall and pumpkin season is approaching and I thought I would put a twist to my color choice and present some non-traditional ideas using Spellbinders new stamp set from their Fall Traditions Collection of dies, stamps, and embossing folders.  

Today I am featuring soft pinks, browns and greens for the season.

The card was embellished with faceted crystals from Buttons Galore and More's new Jewelz collection.  The image below is Buttons Galore's Orange AB Jewelz - JZ120.   

The Jewelz are flat on one side and have a bit of sparkle from faceted edges.  The flat sides make these little gems super easy to adhere to cards and projects.

So here is the second card - totally different from the first in simplicity but still very fun to create because I found some pattern papers for stamping.  This card is also layered but has no dimension.
