  Spellbinders Large Die of the Month Membership for November 2021 is super slimming!  Well, for slimline cards that is.  

Don't mistake this for a Christmas holiday die set.  This set can be used all year long.  Today I am featuring Thanksgiving slimline cards.

The paper choice is from Prima Marketing's Thanksgiving collection, Hello Pink Autumn  A4 Paper Pad .  This is a unique color palette for an Autumn/Thanksgiving collection  which I found refreshing and graceful.

Beautiful Bird Stamped Shaker Cards - Spellbinders Stamp of the Month

  Spellbinders Clear Stamp of the Month Membership for Sept. 2021 has adorable birds for use all year round and accompanying sentiments for many occasions.  You can create cards for the whole family. 

I created a shaker card for some interactive fun.

A little about how I colored the stamps.    

They have been perfectly stamped using  the Mini MISTI platform - My Sweet Petunia Mini Misti - Most Incredible Stamp Tool Invented

and vibrantly colored using Spellbinders Magic Wand Colored Pencils ArtEssentials by Jane Davenport .

These colored pencils are vibrant and well pigmented. They do not need a lot of pencil pressure for vibrant colors.  If you are looking for a set of pencils, this may be a great addition to your stash.  

The shaker card was created using tulle netting covering the patterned paper - like gift wrapping the piece of paper.  I simply took some tulle and wrapped it around the paper then glued it in the back to seal it shut and secure the shaker mix. 

  The fancy die cut frame around the shaker is from Spellbinders retired Tallulah Frill Layering Frame from the Chantilly Paper Lace Collection by Becca Feeken.  The decorative frame hides the outside edge of the tulle wrap.  

The shaker mix is from Buttons Galore Buttons Galore  Shaker Mix in a Cube- Spring Blooms.

This is a cool box of buttons, beads, sequins and joy.

Christmas with Just a Tweet Bird Dies -  Spellbinders Card Kit for September

  Spellbinders Large Die of the Month Membership for Sept. 2021 is chirping with the birds this month. What is really cool is birds can be used for any season - as you can see from my Christmas design. 

  Don't get me wrong, I don't want to rush through Autumn, but I can at least make Christmas cards now without feeling the guilt of starting too early.  Phew!

The paper choice is from Maja Design.  They always amaze me with gorgeous Christmas/Winter/Holiday Season collections.  So many to choose but today I am featuring the Winter is Coming collection with it's rich burgundy and rose colors.  So beautiful!

The card has been embellished using some goodies from Buttons Galore.  I've added Buttons Galore and More - Holly 3D Buttons  to decorate one of the Christmas ornaments and glammed it up a bit with 

Buttons Galore DooDadz - Merry Mimosa.  These are faceted gems with a flat side for easy application on cards and projects.
