Beautiful Bird Stamped Shaker Cards - Spellbinders Stamp of the Month

Spellbinders Clear Stamp of the Month Membership for Sept. 2021 has adorable birds for use all year round and accompanying sentiments for many occasions.  You can create cards for the whole family.

I created a shaker card for some interactive fun.

Here is a picture of the stamp set this month:

A little about how I colored the stamps.
They have been perfectly stamped using  the Mini MISTI platform - My Sweet Petunia Mini Misti - Most Incredible Stamp Tool Invented

These colored pencils are vibrant and well pigmented. They do not need a lot of pencil pressure for vibrant colors.  If you are looking for a set of pencils, this may be a great addition to your stash.

The shaker card was created using tulle netting covering the patterned paper - like gift wrapping the piece of paper.  I simply took some tulle and wrapped it around the paper then glued it in the back to seal it shut and secure the shaker mix.

The fancy die cut frame around the shaker is from Spellbinders retired Tallulah Frill Layering Frame from the Chantilly Paper Lace Collection by Becca Feeken.  The decorative frame hides the outside edge of the tulle wrap.

The shaker mix is from Buttons Galore Buttons Galore  Shaker Mix in a Cube- Spring Blooms.
This is a cool box of buttons, beads, sequins and joy.

Remember,  Spellbinders monthly club dies are uniquely designed for Spellbinders and only found in their store.   You can find past club kits still available for purchase here while supplies last.

Craftsman Style Door Card -Spellbinders Open House Die Collection

Craftsman Style Door Card - from Spellbinders

Spellbinders has a cool collection of dies that will allow you to create almost any style of front door you can image - from holiday door steps, beach bungalows, colonial house doors, spooky haunted houses to anything in between.

Last Oct, Spellbinders Large Die of the Month Oct 2020 was the Always Welcome door die set .  It was a conversation starter for sure as well as as a big sensation.  As a result, Spellbinders  designed a new collection called "Open House" with add-ons and "accessories" for the door.  There is also a new door die in the collection.

NOTE:   The add-ons work with the "Always Welcome" Large Die of the Month

Here are the featured dies from the collection (remember these will coordinate with the Spellbinders Oct 2020 Large Die of the Month door die):

The card today specifically uses the base door from the Spellbinders Always Welcome - Large Die of the Month Club Oct2020  as shown below.

Here are some other doors I made.  This gives you a great  glimpse at how versatile the Spellbinders Open House Door Collection and accessory dies for the collection can be.

Christmas in July with a Snowmen Shaker Card - from Spellbinders

It's Christmas in July complete with snowmen, snowflakes, cool dies and a frosty fun shaker card.  Today I am featuring newly released stamps and dies from Spellbinders as well as Sprinkletz shaker mix from Buttons Galore.

Here are some easy instructions to create the Gazebo shaker card.

A little about the adorable snow family in the gazebo.
The sweet snowmen are part of Spellbinders new releases for Christmas in July, Spellbinders Friendly Snowmen Clear Stamp from the Be Merry Collection , perfectly stamped using MISTI 12 x 12 - Most Incredible Stamp Tool Invented Stamp platform

These colored pencils are vibrant and well pigmented. They do not need a lot of pencil pressure for vibrant colors.  If you are looking for a set of pencils, this may be a great addition to your stash.

No shaker card is complete until the magical shaker mix is added.  I filled this card using Buttons Galore - new Iceber Sparkletz and topped with a Glitter Noel Wood Sentiment from Buttons Galore.

Last shout out - the paper used today is Carta Bella Paper - Winter Market Collection - 6 x 6 Paper Pad.
