I created a card using the Flying Unicorns Small Art Big Passion Kit for May.  It's loaded with fun and unique products for a month of smaller projects.   It's my turn to run a challenge so I invite you to whip up a card and join us in the challenge.

This month, the card and Tag challenge is pretty easy. Simply create a card or tag and at least one piece of your choice of the following: You only need to pick one from the list.

  The Small Art Big Passion add-on is a mini kit all it's own.    Perfect for those on a budget, those who have limited time to craft and yet still want current goodies, those folks just starting out with paper crafting or kits, and as an enhancement to your monthly kit.

This month the kit featured BoBunny Madeleine papers.  They are rich and warm feeling and perfect for those of us entering winter season.  I'll grab warmth were i can find it!

I bought this gorgeous die from the Unicorns store- Winter Pine Branch from Cottage Cutz.  I love it.  I have to admit I saw it on a card made by Alda Stevens and I had to have it.  She can make all dies look sensational.

Flying Unicorns Kit of the Month for March - Small Art Big Passion

Small Art. Big Passion is exactly what this new add on kit is filled with. Papers that are on a smaller scale that will compliment the main kit and embellishments that are scaled to compliment the main kit or to entice you to create cards, tags, atc's and so much more !

I created a tag.  It's still full blown winter where I am so please excuse that I am still in a cool chilly mindset with this snowflake tag.  

The add-on mini-kit came with some manilla colored tags so I covered with a coat of thin whitewash gesso to lighten and brighten a bit for my needs.  I made my white wash using gesso mixed with water.

I also used some metal trinkets from the Flying Unicorns.
