On the 20th day of each month Flying Unicorn will open up sneak peeks of the kit, allowing you to preorder and purchase the main kit and/or all the add on kits. .
Preorders will be open for a 48 hour period, giving you time to relax and preorder the kit at your convenience. There are no waiting lists, no rushing to the store, and certainly no obligations! We will have a limited number of kits available on the last day of each month for full reveal in case someone has missed the preorder window of opportunity.

We are also giving our devoted customers kit lovers a what works best for you, purchase options on the preorders.

Pre-order – Pay Now Option –You may purchase and pay for your kit and/or all the add ons from the 20th–22nd of the month which will guarantee your order being mailed out to you 5 days before the full kit reveal.

Pre-order – Pay Later Option–Simply reserve your kit and/or the add-ons and pay later. We will send you an invoice the day of reveal giving you time to pay. Once payment is received, your order will be mailed out to you.

Flying Unicorns May Kit of the Month - Escape Kitty

Flying Unicorns Kitty of the Month for May....You guessed it.  It's purfect in every way and available each month here, well for as long as they last.  They sell out quickly.

This months kitty features Prima's Cartographer and 7Dots Natures Walk, plus so many more little gems, metal adornments, trims, stencils, mists, chipboard.  A lot of WOW.  Or  Kitty says "a lot of Mewow".  hehehe

Kitty used a few things to add texture - first the coolest Crafters Workshop Template comes in the Add-on kit.   You can see that in the little vertical lines around the page as well as some neat mesh.

My little darlin did get a little messy with her mists and stamping.

Flying Unicorns - May Kit of the Month - Tag

April Showers have brought more than May Flowers! We have an abundance of passion in our May Kit for your creative pleasure! Without further adieu Your Art. Your Passion. Our May2014 Kit of the month!

This month  features Prima's Cartographer Collection  and 7Dots Natures Walk.  Both fabulous collections and quite a pair. 

I created two tags using each collection.

My tag was created with the main kit and a little help from the Mixed Passion Add-on. 

The latest and greatest embellishments and goodies for you that compliment the main kit and all the add on kits. You can purchase this to add creativity to the stash you have on hand or to mix in with our main kit for more creative yumminess!

Tag 1 -Featuring 7Dots

This is with 7Dots Nature's Walk Collection which can be purchased here.    This collection has the most wonderful tags that I used as the top layer.

I completed my tag with a sticker sentiment from 7Dots as well.  They can be found here.
I did mount this tag onto very pale pink card stock to make a tag/card.  The tag can be hung from a gift with your personal sentiment written inside or can be sent as a stand alone card.

The flowers, leaves, sugar dot inside the butterfly and brads and are from Prima and all come with the kit as well.

I love the metal Flying Unicorn Adornments that come in the kit.  I used the butterfly adornment below and slightly bent it's wings.   They have the look of old vintage and are easily painted or embossed to change to look and feel.

Need I say more?  Yes absolutely!  Gorgeous collection and available at the Unicorns  here- but not for long.  It has sold out many places - that's what happens with HOT products. 

This card features the papers, brads and Vagabond Flowers from the collection. I have some product codes at the bottom of the post. 

I painted the flower with Splash of Color silk acrylic Glaze - in Emperor's Gold found here.

Flying Unicorns Small Art Big Passion - Cards

Our small art addon kit can stand alone or mix it in with the main kit. Perfect for card makers, altered projects, tags, atc's and so much more!

This may well be my favorite part of the May Kit.  It's a mini-kit all it's own.  Perfect for those folks who love smaller projects, cards, tags  or maybe do not have much time in the month to devote to crafting.  I made these cards with items completely from the Small Art Add-on.

My cards are not super complex and detailed.  They are practical and do-able. They will make the recipient smile and that is really the point of a card.  Right?  Cheering someone and making them feel special for but a moment. 

That's what this add-on kit helps you do - make someone feel loved and appreciated.
