Spring is here and I am celebrating the warm weather and the gifts of nature. I created some shaker cards featuring two of my favorite flying wonders; the bumble bee and the lady bug.
The fabulous chipboard shaker designs are from Creative Embellishments, and the shaker elements are from Buttons Galore's Sprinkletz collection of shaker mixes and embellishments.
Here are the shakers featured today; Creative Embellishments Bee Shaker and Creative Embellishments Lady Bug Shaker.
First up, the Bumble Bee Shaker. The chipboard shaker has been painted with acrylic paint and filed with Sprinkletz Bumble Bees Shaker Mix from Buttons Galore.
The Sprinkletz are fun polymer clay bee shapes perfect for adding as shaker mix. The card also has been embellished with black and white Sprinkletz (Inkblot) for decoration.
Both cards also feature Spellbinders Large Die of the Month for April and Spellbinders Clear Stamp of the Month Club. I thought the border die from Spellbinders April Club made a darling accent for the bugs flight path.
Next the lady bug shaker card featuring Creative Embellishments Lady Bug Shaker filled with Buttons Galore- Very Cherry Sprinkletz and topped with Buttons Galore 3 D Lady Bug Buttons.
The black dots on the lady bug wings are from the Bumble Bee Sprinkletz shaker mix.
