Flying Unicorn - Nov Kit of the Month - Lady Liberty

Lady Liberty
This was created using the Nov Flying Unicorns Kit of the Month.    The kit is soft, elegant and very feminine.  Who is more lady like than Lady Liberty?

I used a lot of fun mediums to create the soft look -like Viva Modeling Cream in Mother of Pearl Champagne on the stenciling, cardboard, on my chipboard letters and also on the tips of the flowers.

I used Viva Crackle Paste on the cardboard also just to give it some texture up close.

This image was taken in 1918 by Arthur S Mole and John D Thomas.  It is available via the Library of Congress's image share program.  There are photos that are now without restrictions and with expired copyrights.

This is an aerial view of 18,000 officers and enlisted men forming a Human Stature of Liberty.  I have listed some interesting facts about this image is you scroll down the page.
